These Terms govern your use of Politix. By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Politix is a discussion, voting, and news platform. Features may change. Live Debate features may be in development or selectively available.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email, choose a username, and set a password.
- You must verify your email before the account is fully active.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Politix a license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Site. Do not post illegal, harassing, or infringing material. We may remove content at our discretion.
4. XP, Referrals, and Votes
XP, levels, and referral bonuses are promotional features of the Site. We may adjust amounts, fix errors, or change the program. Referral rewards apply after a referred user verifies their email. You may not game referrals or votes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Post or transmit illegal content, material that promotes real-world physical violence, or non-consensual sharing of private personal information (doxxing).
- Engage in automated activity, aggressive scraping, or deploy spambots. Automated access other than ordinary browsing is not allowed without our permission.
- Impersonate other individuals, entities, or public figures.
- Attempt to break, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is." Political content is user-generated or sourced from third parties and is not advice. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the Site to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please notify us at daniel@debatepolitix.com with the specific URL and proof of ownership, and we will promptly remove the infringing material.
